PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an unsaturated olefin copolymer having an excellent processibility and a high vulcanization rate and a molded product obtained from the copolymer. SOLUTION: This unsaturated olefin copolymer is a random copolymer containing from 80 to 99.9 mol% 2-20Cα-olefin-derived structural unit and from 0.1 to 20 mol% polyene-derived structural unit. Here, at least a portion of the polyene-derived structural unit satisfies the following conditions (i) and (ii): (i) in the longest carbon atom chain among those in the copolymer side chains, the first, second and third carbon atoms from the end are at allyl positions, and (ii) the steric-exclusion volume is from 1,000 to 5,000Å3, and has an intrinsic viscosity determined in decalin at 135 deg.C of from 0.3 to 7 dl/g and a Mw/Mn of 3 or larger.
