PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet detector capable of detecting a jamming sheet at the time of opening the inside of a device without having an adverse effect upon conveyed sheets in a normal case, and provide a fixing device, and an image forming device. SOLUTION: A sensor 100 is mounted on the top of a sensor base 110 on the fixing device 2 side. With a top cover 13 is closed, it is positioned under a fixing insertion conveyance part 6 to avoid and a conveyance surface. With the top cover 13 opened, it moves upward by the sensor base 110 interlocking with the top cover 13 to protrude from a fixing insertion conveyance part 6.
