PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a secure library while the update of the CAD library is recognized by transmitting master library information to a remote user, permitting the remote user to transmit the compared result of received master library information and remote user library information to a manager. SOLUTION: A library information transmission means 5 transmits master library information to a remote user. The remote user is provided with a library information reception means 37 receiving information from a library information transmission means 5, received master library information is restored and is stored in master library information A36. A library information comparison means A32 compares the contents of maser library information stored in master library information A36 with library information stored in remote user library information 35. A compared result outputted from the library information comparison means A32 is sent to a compared result transmission means A31 and the compared result transmission means A31 transmits the compared result to a library manager.
