摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform scheduling in economical configuration concerning a scheduling device having packet queues to which respectively different use bands are allocated. SOLUTION: A packet input part 13 stores an inputted packet in one of plural packet queues 14 corresponding to the use band of that packet. At every unit time such as packet transmission interval, a scheduling managing part 15 applies the right of transmission to one of packet queues 14 having scheduled transmission time after current time and changes the scheduled transmission time of this packet queue, to which the transmission right is applied, corresponding to the use band. Besides, at every unit time as mentioned above, the scheduling managing part 15 selects one of packet queues, which has the transmission right of packets and stores the packets, as a transmission object packet queue. In a packet output part 16, the packet is read out of the packet queue 14 selected by the scheduling managing part 15 and outputted to a packet output line 17.</p>
