<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide communication line switching transmission equipment capable of reducing the communication cost by selecting the communication line of the lowest cost at the moment when a transmission request is generated. SOLUTION: This device is composed of an input receiving means 21 for accepting a transmission request input together with time information at the moment when the transmission request is generated from an external input device 10, a communication information storage means 23 for storing cost data for each communication line, a communication line registering means 22 for registering the communication lines allowed for a system when selecting any communication line and a communication line selecting means 24 for selecting the optimum communication line at the moment when the transmission request is generated. At the moment when the transmission request is generated, the communication line of the least communication cost is automatically selected and transmission is performed through external communication devices 30-60 for actually executing transmitting processing.</p> |
