<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a three-way valve having a valve stem which can be speedily and easily manufactured, and which can be assembled in a flow passage part in the minimum number of processes. SOLUTION: This three-way valve 10 for controlling flow between a first and a second ports 20, 22 and a common port comprises a valve body 14 having an integrated flow part 30 and a valve stem 16 having a first and a second valve members 52, 54. The valve stem 16 is assembled in a flow part 30 in the valve body 14 by press-fitting, when at least either of the first valve member 52 and the flow part 30 is temporarily deformed. The valve stem 16 is movable between a first position where fluid can flow between the common port and the second port 22, and a second position where fluid can flow between the common port and the first port 20.</p> |
