PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve motor efficiency by fixing each magnetic path formation member to a rotor, without providing connection hands. SOLUTION: In this reluctance motor having a stator for generating magnetic flux and a rotor 102 for rotating after receiving magnetic flux which is generated by the stator, a plurality of magnetic path groups (magnetic path parts) 117 are provided with a prescribed interval in its peripheral direction at the rotor 102. Also, in each of the magnetic path groups 117, a magnetic path forming member 118 for forming the magnetic path and an adhesion system resin (isolation member) 121 for mutually bonding the magnetic path informing member 118, while isolating the magnetic path of each of the magnetic path forming member 118 by positioning it between the adjacent magnetic path forming members 118 are arranged alternately in the radial direction.
