PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photocurable resin composition which yields a coated film having an excellent smoothness when applied to plastic substrates, etc., shows an excellent adhesion against isocyanate-cured acrylic polyol coated films and yields a coated film exerting an excellent scuff resistance and flexibility, a coating prepared using it and a preparation process of a cured coating film. SOLUTION: This photocurable resin composition comprises a urethane compound (A) which has three structures having at least two unsaturated double bonds via urethane bonds per molecule, a photopolymerizable monomer (B) of the formula (wherein R is hydrogen or methyl group) and a photopolymerization initiator (C). A coating comprises the photocurable resin composition. In a preparation process of a cured coating film, the coating is applied to a substrate on which an isocyanate-cured acrylic polyol resin coated film is formed.
