PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable an uninterlocked load device to be connected without providing a DC stabilized power supply separately, in a device with an interlocking function. SOLUTION: The power supply device is configured such that a DC 24 V power supply can be interrupted, when an interlock switch is operated but a DC 38 V power supply cannot be interrupted, and a switching regulator circuit 310 generates a DC 24 V, based on the DC 38 V power supply. An input voltage detection circuit 309 monitors the DC 24 V power supply and does not operate the switching regulator circuit 310 when the voltage is normal, whereas when the interlock switch is operated and the voltage drops, the switching regulator circuit 310 is operated. |
