PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration control device and a stopper hardware excellent in reliability for a long period. SOLUTION: This device is provided with a stopper rubber part 16 projecting in an outer peripheral direction from a second mounting hardware 4 side and stopper hardware 17 made by bending and forming a metallic plate material mounted on first mounting hardware 3 so as to surround this stopper rubber part 16, in order to regulate large displacement of a vibration control base body 5 made of a rubber-like elastic body interposed between the first mounting hardware 3 and the second mounting hardware 4. Abutting surfaces of this stopper hardware 17 are made parallel to stopper surfaces of the stopper rubber part 16 in all three directions, a pulling side abutting surface of the stopper hardware 17 is set to 10 to 50 deg. for a plane orthogonally crossed with a compressing and pulling direction, and the inner end is bent to the inside by 10 mm or more than a radial abutting surface in a range that the inner end is not brought into contact with the vibration control body 5 and is prevented from getting out of the stopper rubber part 16. Plate thickness of the stopper hardware 17 is set to be thick and an outward flange is bent at an angle 45 to 90 deg. on an abutting surface of a peripheral longitudinal direction and rigidity is increased.
