PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To consecutively discharge a desired amount of liquid of the same quantity every time by only performing discharging operating of the liquid. SOLUTION: At the time of operating an operation means 11 first, the operating time of this means 11 is counted by a timing means 14 and when operation is finished, it is stored in a storing means 15. At the time of operating the means 11 next, a pump energizing control means 6 is energized for a time stored in the means 15 to supply a driving power source to an electric pump 2 to consecutively discharge liquid. Thus, only by continuously operating the means 11 for a period equivalent to a desired liquid discharging quantity first, the desired quantity of the liquid is automatically discharged by operating the means 11 after then.
