PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a composition having no risk to consumers, immediately effective and capable of sufficiently expressing persistent tightening effects. SOLUTION: The use of at least one grafted silicone polymer as a tightening agent in a cosmetic composition or for its production is to intend to reduce or remove indications of skin aging, especially reduce or remove furrows of the skin and/or tiny lines and/or smooth the skin by using at least one grafted silicone polymer containing portions of polysiloxane and non-silicone organic chains, one of the two portions constitutes the main chain of the polymer and the rest is grafted to the main chain.
