PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To precisely understand the cause of an error even if a disease name similar to the registered disease name of a patient is contained in the adaptive disease names displayed as reference by displaying the disease name by adding information that the name has been changed when the disease name registered in the medical treatment data of the patient is changed. SOLUTION: The system is constituted of a metrical treatment content registration part 10, an input device 11, a display device 12, a medical treatment data file 20 and a medical treatment code master 30. In the disease name checking method, the adaptive disease name of a medicine and the disease name registered in the medical treatment data of the patient are displayed when the adaptive disease name on the medicine prescribed for the patient is not registered in the medical treatment data of the patient. When the disease name registered in the medical treatment data of the patient is changed from the name which was originally registered, information that the name has been changed is given and the disease name is displayed. |
