摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To miniaturize a power transmission device and to reduce a material, labor, man hours and weight by abolishing a sun gear as an individual component, and forming the sun gear and a center shaft fitted with it as the same component. SOLUTION: Carbon steel, chromium steel or chrome molybdenum steel is employed as a material used for a motor shaft 5 for the strength of driving force transmission. The function of a sun is directly applied to the motor shaft 5, no machining is required for fitting the sun, and outer diameter machining, gear cutting, tooth flank finishing and a heat treatment are applied instead to secure a function required for power transmission at one terminal. Since no sun gear is provided, a planetary gear 9 can be arranged near the shaft center that much, and a ring gear 11 and a planetary gear carrier 17 can be miniaturized. A case itself can be miniaturized, and space saving can be realized in addition to cost reduction and weight reduction. If the same space as before is to be utilized on the contrary, a larger reduction gear ratio is obtained.
