PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a positioning device of gasket for a speaker with less work man-hours, excellent yield and excellent supply position precision. SOLUTION: A circular gasket 1 is mounted on positioning chucks 3, 4 so as to include a plurality of turning free rollers 2, 5 placed at an inner end of a couple of the positioning chucks 3, 4 that are freely moved horizontally with relative independence or synchronously, the positioning chucks 3, 4 are moved horizontally for a prescribed distance in a parting direction so as to press the rollers 2, 5 into contact with an inner circumferentical face of the gasket 1 to position the gasket and apply centering thereto.
