PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify a production process by adhering a waveform sheet which is molded integrally with a foot front part to the lower surface of a mid-sole main body and, then, adhering an outsole to the lower surface of a lower part mid-sole which is adhered to a heel part. SOLUTION: The waveform sheet 4 is extended from the heel part of a shoe to the foot front part just like the mid-sole main body 3 and its upper surface is adhered to the lower surface of the mid-sole main body 3. A waveform shape part 4a is formed in the heel part of the waveform sheet 4 and the outsole 5 is integrally molded on the lower surface of the foot front part. The waveform sheet 4 where the outsole 5 is integrally molded in the foot front part is adhered on the lower surface of the main body 3 and, then, the lower part mid-sole 3' is adhered to the heel part of the waveform sheet 4. Then the outsole 5' is adhered to the lower surface of the lower part mid-sole 3'. Thus, the production process is simplified since it is not required to execute a process for adhering the lower part mid-sole to the foot front part of the sheet 4 and also the process for adhering the outsole 5 to the lower part mid- sole at a foot front side.
