<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an ocean acoustic tomography-data processing and display device by which the structure of the ocean from the surface of the sea down to the bottom of the sea can be displayed with high accuracy by a method wherein satellite estimated water-temperature profile data and ocean acoustic tomography estimated water- temperature profile data which are estimated by a first water-temperature profile estimation means and a second water-temperature profile estimation means are interpolated near a surface layer. SOLUTION: From a sea-surface altitude data input/output part 130, sea-surface altitude data ALT1 within the range of an OAT observation sea area which is measured by an artificial satellite is input to a sea-surface data memory 110. A water- temperature profile is estimated in such a way that the time change component of a water-surface altitude and an EOF factor which experimental-orthogonal-function(EOF)-analyzes the water-temperature change amount of past vessel observation data are double-regression-analyzed. Thereby, satellite estimated water-temperature profile data EST1 can be interpolated to the position of OAT estimated water-temperature profile data ATP1. After that both profile data are interpolated in such a way that their mutual estimated error becomes minimum in every depth, and the interpolated good-acuracy data are displayed.</p> |
