PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an equipment diagnosing device capable of diagnosing a plant without using a diagnostic measuring means. SOLUTION: The equipment diagnosing device monitors the plant by extracting a combination of parameters having correlation from at least one kind of measured values acquired by plural measuring means 7, 8, 10, 15 to 17 and at least one kind of controlled variables to be processed by a control device 1 for controlling the plant and comparing the value of a parameter obtained during the operation of the plant with the correlation to check their consistency.
