SOLUTION: In a state such that information of a user of a caller terminal 5' is registered in advance in a called station 1', a call using a special number reaches a the terminal 5' from a caller terminal 5, user information as to the terminal 5' is returned to a caller station 1 via a signal line 9 and displayed on the caller terminal 5.
