PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inexpensively realize scrambling processing in a small circuit scale to make it easy to adopt it for people's livelihood, to prevent inexpensive copying to protect copyright, and to remove obstacles to delivery business. SOLUTION: A copy guard device 1 subjects a digital audio signal to scrambling processing and is provided with a latch circuit 11, which holds plural word data of the digital audio signal, and switch circuits 13L and 13R which exchange data in one word (for example, the first bit) out of plural word data held in the latch cireuit 11 and data of another word (for example, 23rd bit). |
