PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a KARAOKE network system which simplifies the constitution of a KARAOKE terminal side and never makes service contents worse. SOLUTION: Multiple KARAOKE terminals 30 and a common center station 20 are connected by a LAN 10 and a KARAOKE terminal requests music data on desirable music to be played from the center station. The center station 20 transfers the music data corresponding to the request to the requesting terminal 30. Independently of the transfer of the music data, the center station 20 continue to distribute video data of multiple channels at any time. Consequently, the music is reproduced on the terminal side according to the musical sound data included in the music data, text images are reproduced according to the text data, and video data are selected according to video channel specification data to reproduce moving picture video. |
