摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paper feed roller with superiority in non-adhesive performance by providing an outer circumferential part formed into a specific outer circumferential face roughness, 10 points mean roughness, and the maximum roughness using a silicone substrate adding and mixing a specific grain size filler to a specific rate. SOLUTION: A material is provided with easily polishing machinability and non-adhesiveness by adding 20-50 wt.% of filler of diatomaceous earth of grain size 20μm-150μm to a silicone unvulcanized rubber. This paper feed roll is machined into the surface roughness 3μm-10μm in Ra, 10μm-30μm in Ry, and 5-15μm in Rz. These ranges are indispensable conditions for exhibiting the function of the non-adhesive roll. When it is machined into the surface roughness 3μm or less in Ra, 10μm or less in Ry, and 5μm or less in Rz, a tack paper sheet is wound around the paper feed roller 1 so as to have no releasing performance. When it is machined into the surface roughness 10μm or more in Ra, 10μm or more in Ry, 15μm or more in Rz, the unilateral abutment is generated and a friction coefficient value is reduced so as to cause slip phenomena and deteriorate the paper feeding accuracy.
