PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain sealability over a long period of time even under high temperature by compressing a cover constituent member partially formed of heat resistant flexible material such as fluororesin, in its laminated direction to hold lead wires and to seal between the opening internal wall of a case and the lead wires. SOLUTION: A cover body 17 fitted into a rear end opening of a diameter contracted part 54b of an outer cylinder member 54 comprises cylindrical cover constituent members 171, 172 concentrically arranged in a radial direction. The cover constituent member 171 is fitted holding lead wires 19-22 inside the outer cover constituent member 171. The temperature of the outer cylinder member 54 occasionally becomes as high as 260-300 deg.C. At least the outer cover constituent member 171 facing the high temperature of the diameter contracted part 54b is therefore formed of heat resistant flexible material mainly composed of polytetrafluoroethylene, to improve heat creep resistance. Even if the cover constitutent member 171 becomes high in temperature, sealability can therefore be maintained over a long period of time among the rear end opening internal wall of the outer diameter contracted part 54b, the inner cover constituent member 172 and the lead wires 19-22. |
