PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the emission of malodor without using a dioxin generating source by providing a deodorant spray device spraying deodorant toward, at least, one of a refuse input port inside or a load box inside, in a refuse recovery vehicle having a tank for a wastewater receiver in the bottom of a refuse input port bottom. SOLUTION: When an operator pushes a recovery start button, an input door is opened, and a raking device 5 and a pusher device 6 are driven to start the recovery work by a refuse recovery vehicle. When a refuse bag F is thrown in an input port 4, the refuse bag F is raked up by a rotary plate 51 and pushed in a load box 3 by a pusher plate 61. Then, wastewater leaked out from the smashed refuse bag is flowed into a tank 8 through a hole 80. On the other hand, a deodorant spray device 7 is actuated by the actuation of the pusher device 6, a sensor is responded thereto, and deodorant is sprayed to the refuse from a spray nozzle. The deodorant not only deodorizes the odor of the refuse but also is conveyed along the refuse bag outer surface and the load box inner wall to be stored in the tank along with the wastewater so that it can deodorize the wastewater in the tank 8.
