PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain water discharged into a form similar to that of water discharged from the tip of a common hose at the time of attaching to a city water hose to pass water and to instantly obtain optionally a soft sprinkled water form, a pressurized sprinkled water form a wide jetting water form, a straight jetting water form and the stoppage of water by holding with one hand and operating with a finger. SOLUTION: A discharge pipe 2 having a section formed by obliquely and arc shapedly cutting the tip of a cylindrical main body 1 is provided. A supporting shaft 5 engaged with another end of a spring 9 provided at the lower part of the main body 1 and freely vertically moving is provided and a working plate 3 composed an elastic plate is mounted to a seal plate 7 having arms 6a.b respectively inserted into both ends of the supporting shaft 5 to be turned. The working plate 3 is combined to face the section of the discharge pipe 2 to cover it and the nozzle is formed by sliding the working plate 3 back and forth to be opened or detached with finger operation.
