PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To dispense with a spring mechanism and to reduce the cost by arranging a communicating passage between the upstream side of the hydraulic fluid force feed section of a hydraulic source and an axle housing to set them to the same pressure. SOLUTION: An axle housing 2 arranged with a brake 1 and a hydraulic fluid tank 14 are connected by a communicating pipe 25. The inner pressure of the hydraulic fluid tank 14 and the inner pressure of the axle housing 2 are made the same pressure via the connection by the communicating pipe 25. Since the inner pressure of the hydraulic fluid tank 14 and the inner pressure of the axle housing 2 are made the same pressure, the front side (brake disk side) of a piston and the back side (hydraulic fluid chamber side) are made the same pressure when the brake 1 is not operated. A spring mechanism, which has been provided so far against the differential pressure between the front and rear of the piston when no brake is applied, is not required any more.
