PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a parking system that does not interfere passage of walkers by providing a fallable chain plate, and making an upper surface of a car outgoing preventer installed at a lower part of a car being flush with the surface of road when the plate is follen. SOLUTION: A parking lot (a) on a public road is provided with a plurality of parking spaces PS1-PS4 defined by white lines. Each of the spaces PS1-PS4, car outgoing preventers 1a, 1b has the same constitution and function. The preventers 1a, 1b are installed ahead of the rear ends of cars in the space PS1 and constituted such that chain plates can rise and fall with respect to the upper surface of a box body while the upper surfaces thereof may be flush with the upper surface of the box body when fallen. The box body is installed so that the upper surface may be substantially fluxh with the surface of the ground. Accordingly, incomming/outgoing of cars is made easily without interferring walkers and passage of cars are also ensured. |
