PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow anybody to easily and inexpensively fix a holding tool to a desired position even underwater or in the atmosphere. SOLUTION: The holder includes a sucker plate 12 for being sucked to a surface to be fixed in a ramovable manner. The sucker plate 12 is formed of elastic material and includes a thick part 12a, a medium part 12b and a thin part 12c. The part 12a has a recessed part 16 on a surface opposed to the surface to be fixed. The part 12b is integrally and successively formed around the part 12a while tightly closing the part 16 and makes a space, which is tightly closed between a surface opposed to the surface to be fixed and the surface to be fixed, negative pressure. The surface, which is not opposed to the surface to be fixed, of the part 12b is a part to be supported by atmospheric pressure and/or water pressure. The part 12c is integrally and successively formed around the part 12b and tightly adhered to the surface to be fixed by atmospheric pressure and/or water pressure. |
