PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the subject form light in wt., easy to carry, easy to clean after mold releasing and low in cost. SOLUTION: A form 11 for forming a test piece of stable treated soil is constituted of a hollow cylindrical body 12 and a cylindrical bottom closure 13 both of which are provided in a freely detachable manner. The material quality of the cylindrical body 12 and the bottom closure 13 is based on a vinyl chloride polymer to which a stabilizer and a pigment are added. The detachable structure of the cylindrical body 12 and clossure lid 13 of the form is a screw, O-ring, chuck or screw chuck type structure.
