摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten a construction period by using one material stockyard only to increase efficiency, utilizing a portion of prefabricated scaffolding not utilized before to the maximum, and using a jib crane for safely and efficiently performing an external wall sticking operation of a multi-story steel frame building. SOLUTION: This device is formed so that two rails 3 and 3 including corners at four corners are laid down at the tip part of a prefabricated scaffolding 2 positioned on four sides of a steel frame 1 under construction, and a jib crane 6 is self-run by four-wheel drive. Even if drive wheels 9 and 9 of one side rail of a carriage 7 are raised by load applied to one side of the jib crane when material is lifted, the drive traveling of the carriage is continued by two-wheel drive of the other drive wheels 9 and 9, and the side edge of the carriage on the raised side is held by a loosely rotating wheel 11 on the underside of a rail surface so as to prevent the carriage from being turned over. At a corner, in order to eliminate a speed difference due to a difference between inner and outer wheels, only one side two wheels are drive run by a loosely rotating wheel with jack installed on the underside of the carriage and on the outer rail side. Thus, the entire upper surface of the prefabricated scaffolding including the corners can be safe-run circulatingly.
