In a coding processing apparatus, a first repetition section increases the number of bits of data about roughly half the number of bits among the number of bits increased by a repetition. An interleaving section performs rearrangement of data whose the number of bits is increased. A second repetition section increases the number of bits of rearranged data about remaining the number of bits increased by the repetition.
