The invention relates to a method for fastening at least one jewellery item to the body of a live person. According to said method a continuous orifice is produced in any part of the body and the jewellery item then secured in the body tissue using this orifice. At least one connecting element of a suture material is passed through the orifice. The ends of the suture material are arranged such that the combination of jewellery item and connecting element is fastened to the body in a piercing-like manner. |
