PURPOSE:To obtain a compact needle-shaped bio sensor which quantitatively measures a target constituent accurately and directly by minimizing a breakdown and a damage of an object to be inspected by utilizing enzyme reaction. CONSTITUTION:A platinum wire 2 is placed in a longer direction of a tube 1 while covering an insulator 3 within the metal tube 1 where the tip is cut aslant. A fixing film 4 of an enzyme which is a living organism functional substance is adhered to a tip of the platinum wire 2. |
