PURPOSE:To prevent the generation of an accident by power generated by a solar cell when a compressor is not operated while reducing the stress of the solar cell at a time when the quantity of the generation of the solar cell is small. CONSTITUTION:When the generated currents of a solar cell panel 28 is small, changeover contacts 40, 41 are changed over when a compressor 14 is stopped, an output from the solar cell panel 28 is short-circuited through a resistor 42, and high voltage from a DC/DC converter 29 is not applied to a power line from a commercial AC power 15 to the compressor 14. |
