PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a charge/discharge cycle characteristic by arranging an inorganic solid electrolyte layer having an amorphous structure on at least one surface of a positive electrode and a negative electrode contacting with a polymer electrolyte. SOLUTION: Li3N or the like is desirably used as an inorganic solid electrolyte for constituting an electrolyte layer having an amorphous structure. A thickness of this electrolyte layer is desirably set not more than 10 μm. Polyethylene oxide and polyethylene imine are suitable for a polymer in a polymer electrolyte. Such constitution can improve adhesion of a positive electrode and a negative electrode and an electrolyte by the inorganic solid electrolyte layer having the amorphous structure, and since this electrolyte layer itself has ion conductivity, resistance in an interface between the positive electrode and the negative electrode and the electrolyte reduces to improve ion conductivity in the interface, and even if charge/discharge is repeatedly performed, reaction is uniformly performed. |
