PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stabilize electrical continuity from a sensor unit to a circuit substrate. SOLUTION: A hole 71 for continuity of a spacer 7 accommodates a metal coil spring 8. A metal pin 9 is passed through a circuit support stand 6, a circuit substrate 5, and the spacer 7. A connection substrate 32 is placed on the hole 71 for continuity of the spacer 7 and is fixed by a presser plate 92 and a metal fixing screw 93. The height of the coil spring 8 is larger than the thickness of the spacer 7, and the coil spring 8 is compressed by the operation of the presser plate 92 and the circuit substrate 5 when the connection substrate 32 is mounted by the fixing screw 93. As a result, the coil spring 8 is strongly pressed against both of the circuit substrate 5 and the connection substrate 32, thus achieving electrical continuity from a sensor unit 3 to the circuit substrate 5. |
