PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify structure, reduce size, improve treatment efficiency, and decrease hydrogen concentration after a treatment, to approximate 0. SOLUTION: A hydrogen combustion treatment device comprise a microporous filmy substance 1 carrying a catalyst and approximately uniformly opening, hydrogen chambers 2 and duct parts 3 formed on both surfaces thereof, and a hydrogen distribution nozzle 4 in a hydrogen chamber. The filmy substance 1 has structure, wherein a catalyst, such as platinum, is carried on the surface of a filter made of stainless having fine meshes of approximately 1-100μm. Hydrogen is introduced in the nozzle 4, while air flows into a duct part 3 by a fan 5. This constitution supplies hydrogen in a dispersion state in a hydrogen chamber, splits the hydrogen into micro identical flow rates by the filmy substance, and mixes it in air flowing through an external part, and effects complete combustion of it and reduce concentration after treatment to approximate 0. Since catalyst amount is low, a device is reduced in size. A low air pressure axial flow fan can be used.
