PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively utilize all mounted interfaces without causing any problem between modules to be mounted on a system LSI and the corresponding input and output pin. SOLUTION: At the time of data transmission and reception, communication control interface modules 102-105 output bus capture request signals 108-111 to an arbiter 106. The arbiter 106 operates arbitration, and outputs bus permission signals 108-111 to the module which is permitted to use a bus 118. The module which is permitted by this signal can perform access by apparently using an input and output pin 127 exclusively for the interface without any protocol conversion by using the input and output signals of an LSI 101. Also, the arbiter 106 communicates which interface is selected to the outside part.
