PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable an entrance-into-room management system to more surely manage entrance into room by allowing the system to make two-step authentication, namely, a plurality of authentication. SOLUTION: An entrance-into-room management system at least has a telecontrol section 3 provided with a connector 4 called from telephone sets 1, a telephone number collating device 5 which makes first collation between the telephone numbers of the telephone sets 1 and preregistered telephone numbers, and an input device 6 for inputting prescribed information. The telecontrol section 3 is also provided with an input information collating device 7 which makes second collation between the prescribed information and preregistered information and a controller 8 which controls the locking or unlocking of the door 9 of a room based on the results of the first and second collation. By the way, the input device 6 is shown as a card reader in the figure and, accordingly, the information medium of the device 6 is a card 2 such as the IC card, etc.
