PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To highly accurately correct the optical axis deviation of a laser beam in a short time by providing a first reflecting mirror for reflecting the laser beam at an angle based on the optical axis of the laser beam and a second mirror for reflecting the laser beam from the reflecting mirror at a prescribed angle while having an interval based on the optical axis of the laser beam to the first reflecting mirror. SOLUTION: A folded reflecting mirror 13 is installed on a head case, reference light is emitted from a reference light generating means, and the attaching angle of the folded mirror 13 is adjusted so that the reference light emitted from the reference light generating means can be matched with light reflecting the reference light on the recording plane of an optical disk medium 100. The adjustment of the angle can be executed by inserting a tool for adjustment to a fitting groove provided on an eccentric pin and a little rotating the mirror 13 in both rotating directions. A collimator lens 14 and a semiconductor laser 15 are installed on the head case and the laser beam is emitted from the semiconductor laser 15 to the collimator lens 14. |
