PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify a structure of a stationary side casing and the structures of an electromagnet mounting part and a lead wire drawing-out part, to reduce a weight, the number of pieces of components and the cost, and to improve the cooling effect of the electromagnet. SOLUTION: This coupling comprises a main clutch 13 and a control clutch 15 mounted between a rotary case 9 and an inner shaft 11, an electromagnet 23 fastening the control clutch 15 through an armature 21, and a cam 17 capable of operating when receiving the fastening torque in the fastening and connecting of the control clutch 15 to fasten and connect the main clutch 13, and a core 45 of the electromagnet 23 is fixed to a differential carrier 3 to bear its strength.
