PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power converter which is convenient to carry, which allows extra conductors to be processed easily and which is capable of improving the use efficiency of the converter unit. SOLUTION: The power converter inputs a first voltage and outputs a second one. Here, this converter is made up of a power converter unit 31 which converts a first voltage into a second one, and an output end 35 which is connected to the unit 31, stored inside the unit 31 and pushed out of the unit 31 when required to output the second voltage.
