PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily adjust a supply amount of lubricating oil to each part requiring lubricating oil by flowing lubricating oil on an inside diameter side of an outer ring freely and regulating an arrangement position of a first inclined part in accordance with direction and amount of flow of lubricating oil to be controlled. SOLUTION: The shape of a cross section of an inner peripheral fringe part of a seal ring 5 internally fitted and supported in one end part of an outer ring 2 constituting a needle bearing 1 is formed into a mountain shape, and a first inclined part 12 having a sharp inclination angle and a second inclined part 13 having a gentle inclination angle are provided on both sides in the axial direction of a small diameter part 14 which is formed in an intermediate part in the axial direction and has the smallest inside diameter across the small diameter part 14. The lubricating oil discharged from an oil supply pump enters an inner side of the outer ring 2, but is blocked by the seal ring 5 and does not flow out to the outside of the outer ring 2. Consequently, lubricating oil is not fed in a large amount into a space which exists around a pump housing which does not require lubricating oil much, but lubricating oil can be fed into the other space requiring much lubricating oil.
