摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method for a secondary battery improved so as to heighten concentration of an active material in an electrode in particular. SOLUTION: This manufacturing method for a secondary battery includes a process (A) to compressively mold a mixture for adjusting an electrode containing at least an active material, an electrolyte and a gel forming monomer on the collector on a positive electrode side and/or a negative electrode side, and a polymerizing process (B) for the gel forming monomer. In the process (A), the collector is placed on the lower surface of a die by using a compressive molding die comprising a lower die and an upper die, the mixture for adjusting an electrode formed into a sheet having a shape almost similar to the collector and 30-90% as large as the size of the collector is supplied to almost the center of the collector, and it is then compressively molded.
