PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high efficiency thermoelectric module by restraining performance decrease caused by temperature increase. SOLUTION: The thermoelectric module is provided with a pair of or plural pairs of thermoelectric chips 1 and electrodes 2 provided on both ends of each of the thermoelectric chips 1 respectively so as to connect the thermoelectric chips 1 in series electrically, and either one side of electrode sides of the electrodes 2 is a heat absorbing side and the other electrode side is a heat radiating side, wherein, as to an end surface area of each of the thermoelectric chips 1, that of the heat radiating side is larger than that of the heat absorbing side. |
