PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for determining a traveling route to be visited from addresses in a delivery/custom list and displaying the traveling route on a map by a terminal carried by a patrolman or the like as to a system for setting a route for traveling plural places. SOLUTION: In a traveling route management center 1, traveling route data 14 is generated (11) from the address data of the delivery/customer list, converted into traveling route description data 15 by using a prescribed route description language (12) and transferred to a deliverer's terminal 2 (13). The terminal 2 interprets the data and displays a traveling route on a map (21). In a vehicle allocation center 3, an empty car most closed to a customer's destination is searched (31) on the basis of a customer's vehicle allocation request, vehicle allocation route data from the current position of the empty car up to the destination is generated (32), convered into vehicle allocation route description data 37 by using a route description language (33), and a transferred to an on-vehicle terminal 4 (34). The terminal 4 interprets the transferred data and displays a vehicle allocation route on a map (41). |
