SOLUTION: About a boarding ticket T guided to a read mechanism D, ticket information is read, a boarding ticket with the rear face exposing is arranged to a ticket with the surface exposing by a surface/rear face inverting mechanism on the basis of the ticket information, and when print change exists at the position of a printing mechanism F, new ticket information is printed. After that, an internal accumulating part 18 on a further subsequent stage accumulates a boarding ticket whose data processing is completed by one at a time. Boarding tickets T... piled up at the position of the part 18 are collectively carried and led to the position of a cutting mechanism G, and the tickets T... positioned at the cutting position and assembled are cut collectively.
