PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make an installation place a wide range and to make an alarm available even when an object to be attached is moved by processing a signal a sensor which detects the physical quantity change of an object to be detected and converts it into an electric signal, outputting a processed result as an output signal and making a call in response to the output signal. SOLUTION: When a sensor 10 detects the physical quantity change of a detection object around the sensor 10, it converts the physical quantity change into an electric signal and transmits it as a detection signal 41 composed of voltage or current to a signal processing part 3. When the part 3 receives a signal 42 to be processed from an input terminal 2, the part 3 processes the signal 42 on the basis of an output formula signal 43 about an output formula stored preliminarily in a storing part 5 and a local variable stored in an appropriate memory and transmits this processed result as a processed signal 47 to a portable telephone terminal part 6. The part 6 makes a telephone call on the basis of the signal 47 and a communication destination designation signal 46 and transmits an alarm signal 48.
