PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily constitute invader detecting areas having the corresponding shapes to objective invaders. SOLUTION: Alarms 10a-10h are installed to first and second invader detecting areas 1 and 2. The alarms 10a-10h are respectively provided with non-contacting information readers 11a-11h which read IDs stored in, for example, the non-contacting information storing devices 60a and 60b carried by stuffs, etc., in a company and invader detectors 12a-12h which detect invaders. When the IDs of the alarms 10a-10h read by means of the readers 11a-11h are those which are allowed to pass through the detecting area 1 or 2 to which the alarms 10a-10h are installed, the alarms 10a-10h do not output any alarm signal even when the corresponding detector 12a-12h detects an invader.
