PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow error correction processing to exhibit is original function despite an extremely high reading speed by storing the frame data that follows after an integer multiple pieces of frame data having less than the prescribed length in a storage part with a blank area equivalent to an integer multiple as much as the prescribed length of the frame data set from the head address of a store area. SOLUTION: The frame data strings are outputted from a demodulation part, stored successively in a FIFO memory and accumulated in a storage part. The frame data F(i-2), F(i-1) and F(i) are directly stored in the FIFO memory. If the length of the data F(i) is less than the prescribed length, its subsequent N pieces of frame data F(i+1) to F(i+N) are not stored in the FIFO memory but abandoned. Then the frame data F(i+N+1), F(i+N+2), F(i+N+3),... subsequent to the data F(i+N) are stored right after the data F(i).
